How orders, payment and delivery work at Méndez Tec.
Digital products
Méndez Tec sells digital products: memberships, accounts, activation links and keys. Nothing is shipped physically.
Each product page shows its price, its duration (when applicable) and the delivery method. Please read it before buying.
Orders
To buy on the website you enter your first name, last name and WhatsApp number, and choose how to pay: with Yape or by card on Mercado Pago. Continuing creates an order with a code (for example WEB-00012).
Only products in stock at that moment are included in the order. The order is not a completed sale until the payment is confirmed.
An unpaid order expires after the time shown when it's created. With Yape that time is 10 minutes: if your payment notice doesn't arrive in that time, the order is cancelled automatically.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Peruvian soles (PEN) and you are charged in soles. Amounts in other currencies are for reference.
With Yape, you pay the exact amount shown on your order to Méndez Tec's QR, only from the Yape app; the QR appears after you place the order and accept that you'll pay only with the Yape app. By card, you pay on Mercado Pago (credit or debit card, or Mercado Pago balance): Méndez Tec never sees or stores your card details.
Payments from Plin, BBVA, Lemon or any other wallet don't activate the order. They're refunded within 72 h minus fees. The same applies to late or incomplete payments. If you want to pay with another banking app, choose Card or Mercado Pago.
An order counts as paid only once the payment is confirmed to our system: Mercado Pago confirms it, or our system receives your Yape payment notice with your security code. We don't accept screenshots or receipts: if the system doesn't validate the payment, the order isn't activated.
If online payments are paused, you can place your order on WhatsApp and we arrange payment there.
Delivery
When the payment is confirmed, your order page shows your access (account, link or key) and the activation steps. Save them: you can see them again from “My order” in the same browser.
If a product runs out of stock by the time the payment is confirmed, we deliver it on WhatsApp as soon as we restock.
Trademarks
Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Méndez Tec is not affiliated with them.
